But if you are a member you can dress your penguin and when there are parties that club penguin puts on the website temporally you can go into "secret" rooms that only members can go in, but if you are a member you have to pay and the payments go 1 mont, 6 months and 1 year.

In Club Penguin you can have buddies that you add to your buddy list (you can have 100 maximum) you can go to their igloo, if they are on line it will tell you which server they are on, if you click on them on your buddy list and they are online there is a button that you can click on and it will tell you where they are.

To make the website safe the creators decided to make penguins be abel to report people when they are not behaving correctly.
